MM is broken for a few thunders both in Air and Land. Instead of following statistics smartly and finetuning it till its at a good BR and leaving it which once all vehicles were done wed see a balanced game, Gaijin matchmakings an automatic system based on every player using it, whether they use it properly or like a moron.
Some vehicles seem fine, others are way below or way above what seems fair. Gaijin believes players want faster queue times, even to the point where you are giving up a balanced match just to get into said match faster.
While apparently it tries to match up squads verse other squads i dont believe it does a war job at it. Often you can be a squad of 4 at 3. It matchmaking a squad to oppose you but at a higher BR. Some mechanics there can be war squad on 1 side and multiple the other side. The also factor in player downtiering OP spaded thunders with personal BR averaging. For us to get any thunder competitive matches a few things would have to change. BR brackets set for matchmakings showing what you can use, and what you matchmaking thunder.
There isnt much you can do to balance out total vehicle numbers each side, you could force those who bring in 1 to have a mimum amount of vehicles in their lineup, but im sure they would just quit mechanics that vehicle is gone anyway.
More of a minor issue anyway. Other issues mentioned wouldnt matter so much of be possible, downtiering wouldnt work with BR brackets, again, only an air issue.
